With three games within the first week of being back to school, the basketball teams had to make sure they were ready to take on their opponents to the best of their ability. Boots, bulls, maybe even some blood. These things are guaranteed at any bull riding event. They were all present at the second Smith Bull Riding Productions Winter Bull Riding event on Jan. 16. Three bull riders from the GCCC rodeo team competed in the event.… Post the First Comment

This Saturday all children from ages 3 through sixth grade are invited to the Dance Team Kids' Clinic. Registration begins at 8:45 a.m. and the clinic will be held from 9 a.m. until noon at GCCC in the back of the gym. The Meats Judging Team started their season this semester by competing in the National Western Contest and they did "a great job," says, Meats Judging Coach, Clint Alexander.
