Mike Cargill, from the Brit Spaugh Zoo in Great Bend, Kan., demonstrates the proper way to capture an alligator. "Chopper," was found in a water hazard at the Bentwood golf course in Ulysses. More than 200 communities were represented at the Kansas Sampler Festival, through vendors, exhibitors and entertainers.
